We recommend an internal network security assessment to all our clients who have sensitive information stored on their intranet or internal network, and prefer not to have them accessed by employees without proper roles or authorization.
Internal infrastructure testing involves a forensic look into everything within your organisational network, including an architectural mapping of every single element and how it interconnects with other elements. We can then proceed to execute a number of specialised tests on each isolated element to identify any issues and resolve them before they can be exploited.
This type of test will look at all devices connected to the network, including proxy servers, file servers, individual workstations and other non-mobile end-user devices, network photocopiers and printers, routers, repeaters, and more. Through this process, we can uncover weaknesses, the need for security patches and enhanced encryption and assess network security.
